The last of our series of featured poems and fiction is from Philip Kane. His ‘concept album’ of poetry and images Unauthorised Person has the Medway Towns at its heart, with a long narrative  poem ‘Among High Waves’, charting the odyssey of Billy Ruffian around the pubs of Medway, and the sequence ‘city’s little heart’, from which today’s poems are extracted.
